An exquisitely furnished, elegant home exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Situated amidst Hardy country and near the Jurassic coast – a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, wend the country lanes to enter the beautiful grounds of Regency Manor.

Inside

  • Style: The grand entrance hallway with impressive archways, pillars and a great open fire, gives way to an elegant, homely interior.
  • Bedrooms: 7 grand, luxurious bedrooms: 5 doubles (2 en suite and the others share a family bathroom); a double master bedroom (en suite) and a twin room. There is also a flat housing one double bedroom, a bathroom, kitchenette and sitting room which can be used for guests' staff.
  • For relaxation: Chill out in the comfy lounge overlooking the picturesque grounds; sink into a sofa in the drawing room that opens out onto the patio; get cosy in the library amongst the towering bookshelves.
  • For recreation: Heated indoor pool, croquet lawn and tennis court.
  • Practicalities: Highly efficient central heating and laundry facilities

Outside

In the lush gardens you will find a tennis court, stables and paddocks. French doors open out on the patio area where you will find BBQ facilities.

Food and wine

  • DIY: The property is available on a self-catering basis. A large farmhouse kitchen has French doors that open out onto the patio and BBQ area. The dining room seats 12-14 around a polished wood circular table.
  • In-house cuisine: Local caterers can be organised (at extra cost) to provide bespoke culinary delights.
  • Eating out: The famous local inn, the ‘Brace of Pheasants’ (ideally located at the end of the long driveway) is renowned for its delicious food. There is a range of other fantastic country pubs close to the manor.

  • By car: 2-2.5 hours from London and 1.5 hours from Bristol
  • By train: The nearest station is Dorchester South, a 15-minute taxi ride from the property. Sherborne Station is 25 minutes away.
